Food tells a story, reflects a place, mirrors a culture, reveals tradition and revives history. It is a means through which we share, give and receive. Food is connected to our senses, memory and emotions; we perceive the world and experience it through food.

It can transmit us back in time, to the other side of the world or to a mad hatter’s tea party. It is also a tool for expression and a medium for communicating ideas and concepts. 

This is where Gastronomi comes in; a creative studio that aims to reconnect food with concept, design,  intellect, emotions and memory.
