About Me

My name is Nomi Abeliovich {BA(Hons)Arch, DipArch}. I hold a Master’s degree in ‘Food Culture & communication’ from the University of Gastronomic Sciences and a diploma in ‘Hautes Etudes du Goût‘ from Université de Reims Champagne-Ardenne, France. After completing my architectural education at UCL London I worked as an architect for several years. I set up Gastronomi once it became clear that architecture was not the goal, but rather the path to a delectible destination.

Gastronomi occupies the fascinating space between food and architecture, offering a cornucopia of food related products and services expressed through writing, photography, travel, design, creation and innovation. It is a unique food & design concept- kitchen, an experimental playground for food, architecture and the space in between where everything is possible, and best of all, edible.
